Her in-depth knowledge of the tech industry and its unique talent landscape has enabled her to successfully place candidates in key roles across a wide range of disciplines, from software development and engineering to product management and data science.

Notably, Anne-Louise spent four years on the executive team at a tech company. In this role, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent strategy and driving its growth initiatives.

Jeremy is a chartered accountant experienced in leading both finance and operational functions, with a strong track record.

He has excellent commercial awareness with a keen eye for improving NeoSphere Tech operation to improve EBITDA while simplifying work approaches.

Daisy oversees and manages all operational activity within NeoSphere Tech. She implements best-practice business guidelines and strategies to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She also oversees all HR, office, and IT systems and services, including the CRM.

She is also our GDPR ambassador and manages all compliance and regulatory-related activities.  

With over 23 years of delivering marketing, communications, digital, PR, and events programmes globally across multiple sectors. Sam brings a wealth of marketing knowledge to NeoSphere Tech.

With 15 years in recruitment, she sets the strategy for all marketing activities to promote and expand the business effectively.
